#Padres closer Brad Hand has an off-day, allowing a solo homer, two walks, and a HBP in an inning of work. Still, Hand was able to limit the damage to just one run, earning his 11th save of the season.
Brandon Morrow's fourth save could hardly have come in a wilder fashion. The #Cubs closer loaded the bases on two singles and a walk, then seemingly allowed a run on a wild pitch before the play at the plate was overturned on replay for the final out.
And you can already see the difference in the way Mickey Callaway (and Dave Eiland) run a bullpen: they used AJ Ramos and Jerry Blevins in the 6th inning against the top of the Phillies order. Then Seth Lugo in the 7th & 8th innings.
